Im encouraging the use of online storage with all customers, providing you are not handling data of a too sensitive nature, the free package offered by DropBox.com of 2GB is a great start to ensuring your files are kept safe off-site. The rule to backing up your data on a professional level, is that you should have three backups of your critical data, one on-site, and two offsite at different locations. In reality, most people dont even have a backup on-site, and this might just be a hassle free solution to those! And as a bonus, you can view you files on any other internet ready device via thier website or purpose made apps!
